Wells Fargo Technology plays a critical role in the company's customer and employee experience, business and risk management transformation, and growth agenda.The ideal candidate provides Production Support for the Cornerstone Customer Due Diligence application; maintain, troubleshoot and restore service; act as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes to users and service desks; supports migrations from development to production; perform limited programming to fine tune system; troubleshoots- software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; creates issue logs; assesses risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
• 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
• 1+ year of middleware experience
• 1 + years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL production environments
  
  Desired Qualifications
  
  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management
  • Strong team or technical leadership experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ year of IBM BPM experience
  • 1+ year of middleware development experience
  • Experience developing, supporting or integrating messaging technology such as Solace, Tibco or MQ
  • 1 + years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL production environments
    
    Other Desired Qualifications
    
    • Knowledge or Experience supporting IBM BPM, WebSphere Lombardi Edition, or Integration Designer (IID).--
    • Ability to learn application workarounds, break-fixes, recovery and remediation
    • Knowledge or Experience supporting ETL, and middleware messaging flows using Solace or MQ.
    • Knowledge or Experience with application monitoring tools ITRS, AppDynamics and Splunk
    • Job scheduling experience preferably AutoSys.

      • Ability to work on call as assigned
      • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
      • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting
