Location: 222 Gregson Drive, Cary, North Carolina 27511Process all Dealer trade Worksheets necessary for transferring units to Related Parties/Other Dealers as well as processing Dealer Trade Worksheets and MCO for incoming units as needed.Clean Dealer Trade A/P & A/R schedules (weekly)Verify that the MCO's match to incoming/outgoing unitsEnsure the MCO is assigned to the correct DealershipEnsure payment is collected for units sold as neededFollow up on MCO status if it doesn't come in with unit when transferredIssue payment checks for units purchased as needed.Summary: Responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post sales.Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following:Processes bills for vehicle salesWholesale title workPosts to the general ledger vehicle salesVerifies that cash is received for vehicle salesVerifies gross profit with sales managersMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Company's Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Previous Accounting experience in a high volume environment desired. Strong organizational skills required.Certificates and Licenses:o Valid Driver's Licenseo Automobile Salesperson LicenseComputer Skills:Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.Communication Skills:Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively withcompany personnel.Attendance Expectations:The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and feel.Environment Demands:Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting.
