Your Role and Responsibilities
Location is flexible, preference for IBM locations in the Eastern and Central time zones to best accommodate global support.

The Talent Acquisition Global Diversity Program Focal will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Transformation Projects team primarily supporting the overall global strategy for diversity hiring. This individual work with geography and global business unit Talent Acquisition leaders to: implement strategies, drive best practices and common standards of excellence and enable execution aligned to priorities.
Looking for a self motivated, team player that has a passion for equity and diversity. This individual should not be afraid to think out of box and thrive on new challenges. This important role will require attention to detail and ability to communicate with various leaders across the IBM organization.
In addition, as part of the Strategic Initiatives team they may be asked to lead additional strategic initiatives as part of Talent Acquisition's ongoing transformation.
Key focus areas:Track and analyze diversity hiring outcomes to identify areas for improvement
Serve as the global focal to regional delivery teams to share and support the implementation of diversity hiring best practices and initiatives across all geographies and business units
Assess / monitor / report on effectiveness of diversity hiring strategies and initiatives across all regions globally
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives team where necessary to implement diversity specific enhancements
Partner with D&I constituency leads on IBM D&I initiatives such as: D&I focused training, celebration days/months, conferences, etc

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Broad understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices
Experience developing and implementing diversity recruitment initiatives ideally in a global, matrixed organization
Working knowledge of diversity related compliance guidelines, e.g. EEO/OFCCP, BBBEE and others
Proficient in excel, including knowledge of advanced formulas, lookups and pivot tables
Capable of reviewing data and developing data driven insights to inform decisions
Strong communication and influencing skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Project Management experience
Experience leading others in a non-direct reporting capacity
