Primary Location:
- Preference will be given to candidates in the Morrisville, NC
area as travel to the headquarters office may be a future
requirement
- Remote is also an option for any candidates that exceed the
required qualifications
Job Summary:
- SharePoint Administration for corporate intranet, project
extranet, and collaboration sites with partners and clients in the
Microsoft 365 environment
- Balancing day-to-day issues resolution, troubleshooting, site
creation and administration, permissions management, and
controlling processes with ongoing project implementation,
development, and process improvement
- Designing and implementing an update to site structures,
permissions management, list/library best practices, custom forms,
custom flows, search configuration, metadata management, and
integrations with Microsoft and third-party apps and services
- Developing implementation plans and strategies; creating and
maintaining documentation for day-to-day administration and change
management, including process documentation, diagrams, and training
and reference materials
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop engaging sites,
resources, and tools for business operations and project teams
Essential Functions:
- Administration of SharePoint Online, site collections,
sites/subsites, and Teams sites, including integration and
interoperability with other products in the Microsoft 365
environment
- Site Administration, list/library configuration, page and
template creation, column and view configuration, custom design and
development in both classic and modern experiences for pages,
lists, and sites
- Creation, monitoring, and maintenance of automations using
Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
- Migration of InfoPath-designed custom forms to Power Apps
- Transition from hierarchical structure of subsites and nested
resources to flat architecture, hub sites, and best practices for
modern SharePoint
- Permissions management, streamlining, and process improvement
at all levels
- Managed metadata and taxonomy administration; creation and
application of site columns, list templates, and other structural
elements to improve communication, collaboration, and efficiency of
business operations
- Training and troubleshooting; creating process documentation;
configuration and change management; monitoring and control of
processes and implemented solutions, flows, forms, and
documentation

- Highly skilled in organization, task management, and ordered
thinking
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving,
analytical reasoning, and innovation
- Excellence in writing, proofreading, editing, and distilling
information into clear and concise process and procedure
documentation, instruction materials, job aids, workflow diagrams,
decision briefs, and action plans
- Effective communication and listening skills for soliciting
requirements, for collaborating with internal customers to develop
solutions to business problems, for training and orienting new
users, and for creating and maintaining information flows
- Knowledge and experience relating to business operations and
the project lifecycle
- Highly attentive to details and meticulous in one's work
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Liberal Arts, Natural
Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science or comparable degree or an
equivalent amount of experience will be accepted in lieu of a
degree
- 3+ years' experience with SharePoint Administration, SharePoint
Online (SP Design + Development is a plus), and the Microsoft 365
environment
- 1+ years' experience with data sourcing methods and APIs (SQL a
plus), and SharePoint/Power Platform integration with data sources
and web services for displaying, adding/modifying, and deleting
data
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, JSON,
XML, and other web development technologies for SharePoint
- Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Microsoft
products, especially proficient with MS Power Platform (Power
Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
Microsoft Forms, Teams, PowerShell, OneDrive, and the relationships
between these products
- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Designer 2013 and
InfoPath Filler and Designer 2013
- Knowledge and experience with business requirements gathering
and analysis, business process mapping, process improvement
- Familiarity with SharePoint Server administration and
features
- Ability and interest to learn new technologies, protocols, and
products
