Distribution Solutions sales team, you will be working with
internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer
satisfaction. In this role, you will perform various products,
systems, and service life cycle activities to assist in the
development, launch, maintenance, and profitability of the "Outdoor
Dead Tank Breakers" product line in Cary, NC. This position reports
toLocal Product Group ManagerYour responsibilities
- Helping to resolve customers' issues with Outdoor Dead Tank
Breakers which may involve visiting customer sites
- Lead Post-sales customer support in collaboration with customer
service and factory quality teams for installed fleet
- Lead Pre-sales activities in close collaboration with
sales/marketing interfacing with customers' technical and
commercial teams
- Support marketing and product management teams with commercial
bids, including determination of product pricing and cost
analysis
- Identifying new Outdoor Dead Tank Breakers developments or
enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers'
needs
- Deliver training seminars in Outdoor Dead Tank Breakers to
internal teams and customers
- Preparing price lists and quotes for review and approval
- Preparing reports on market, product, and competitor activities
for the sales and marketing team
- Working with others to define marketing plans and tools, while
promoting sales activitiesYour background
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and or in a related field with
a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical
products.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales strategy.
- Sound knowledge of technical and commercial documentation for
utility bids.
- Experience with developing pricing strategy A collaborative,
solution-focused approach with strong communication and
relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel (US & Canada) up to 20%.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would
