Do it here.What you'll be doing... We're looking for an individual
interested in joining the BlueJeans by Verizon Channel team as a
Channel Account Manager focused on Mid-Markets / Business Markets.
Essential to this position includes energy, passion for the channel
and confident leadership capability driving engagement across
diverse teams and companies. You will foster and establish
BlueJeans Channel Account Management processes and procedures. Your
responsibilities are to:
Strengthen existing partners and
recruit new partnersSales enablement through product and
value-positioning training to partners Resolve partner related
issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashionFollow leads and
market research to develop new avenues for salesDevelop sales
strategies and promotional activities that utilizes your
ChannelsGrow funnel to achieve Channel sales objectivesDevelop with
partners specific business and marketing plans aligned to business
objectivesDevelop and review sales proposals with partnersManage
daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue
objectivesEstablish a trust and build 360 feedback relationship
with your Channel partnersWhere you'll be working...This hybrid
role will have a defined work location that includes work from home
and assigned office days as set by the manager.What we're looking
for... Demonstrated success in Channels, sales enablement and new
partnerships. You have the ability to handle the execution of
simultaneous activities while balancing multiple priorities.
Someone that can work across many levels and organizations in order
to achieve needed outcomes. You have conviction in your vision and
ideas and include others as to have the best overall outcome.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more
years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work
experience.Willingness to travel.Valid driver's license.Even better
if you have:
MBA.Ability to formulate a
sell-through vision, strategy, and execution plan.Experience with
Video Conferencing, SaaS or Unified Communications.Exceptional
interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working
relationships both inside and outside of BlueJeans and Verizon.Able
to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment.This
position can be located in other valid Verizon domestic
