Job Description:

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup is hiring a Remote CX Project Coordinator for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotech corporation that develops and produces medicines and vaccines for immunology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, and neurology. As a CX Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with CX Capability and CX Delivery Leads to assist with providing high quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching new and improved Digital customer experiences, with an understanding of CX strategy, customer insight, human centric design, CX and UX best practices, and digital transformation informed by a deep understanding of the expectations of today's consumer/patient. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and execution of all CX programs, projects and initiatives housed within the specific customer/BU business
  • Coordinate CX programs by managing cross-departmental and cross-functional resources and project teams under Agile methodology
  • Follow vendor management processes for CX procurement needs
  • Ability to coordinate with internal groups to capture requirements and outline business cases
  • Define and adjust processes to meet business needs and look for ways to improve processes while coaching and developing our teams
  • Partner with CX Capability and Experience Lead teams to lead requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of approval processes
  • Own the necessary delivery documents, including but not limited to project plans, issues, action logs, decision tracking, status reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain resource allocation framework updated to forecast future resource capacity and reporting on existing resource utilization
  • Partner with Experience Leads, Demand Intake Lead and CX Leadership Team to prioritize projects and plan for future demand
  • Ensure all project charters meet CX standards and follow the correct initiation and process flow within the organizationIdeal Candidate:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or other related discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in Digital project coordination, PMO, consulting, and/or Digital/Interactive agency
    • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
    • Business Analytic skills strongly preferred
    • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
    • Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proven experience to drive change and implement new concepts and ideas
    • Great organization skillset and excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to explain complex subject matter in simple but accurate terms
    • Ability to work in multiple cultural contexts as well as in partnerships across functions and global teams
    • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
