Customer support team members provide service and assistance to
event attendees through phone and email resolution. This position
offers flexible scheduling, monthly bonus incentives, fun

organization!Areas of responsibilityProvide professional and prompt
service to Etix patronsContact customers by phone and email to
resolve reported issuesFulfill ticket orders and process ticket
sales via phoneOccasional administrative support including but not
limited to data entry, filing and heavy liftingThis position
requires heavy computer and phone work, but little to no
travelRequirements Excellent written and verbal communication
skillsPrevious customer service experienceThe ability to exercise
judgement and discretion in day-to-day operationsThe ability to
learn quickly, adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environmentsThe
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with
coworkers and clientsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and Google
AppsFluency in English and Spanish preferred, but not requiredSome
