**Come join our team as a** **REMOTE** **Bilingual Patient Services Representative** **!**

**Pay Rate $15.00/HR**

**This is a remote position! The Bilingual Patient Services Representative** will provide best in class service by answering patient inquiries via phone and email. **Candidates must be able to speak Spanish** and need to successfully complete a 3-week paid training class while achieving incremental performance goals. Perfect attendance is required during training. Experience setting appointments is helpful, but not required. In addition, our culture is ideal for team players who are customer focused, self-motivated, and achievement driven.

Full-Time employment is available and requires availability for shifts between the hours of 8AM-9PM, Monday - Friday. Saturday shifts may be available.

**Current Shifts Availabe:**

08:00am-4:30pm/M-F (EST)

08:00am-4:30pm/M-Th, 8:00am-4:30pm/S (EST)

12:30pm-9:00pm/M-F (EST)

11:30am-8:00pm/M-F (EST)

12:30pm-9:00pm/M-F (EST)


+ Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information in a professional manner

+ Respond to customer inquiries via email

+ Set appointments for patients with a high level of accuracy

+ Assist support staff as needed to resolve customer issues and perform database maintenance

+ Be receptive to feedback/coaching, meet/exceed performance goals, display reliability, and embrace change

+ Initiate outbound calls pertaining to marketing call campaigns


+ **Must be Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish!**

+ 1-3 years of customer service experience (Required)

+ Sales Experience (Preferred)

+ Strong communication and grammar skills. (Written and oral)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment

+ Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple applications at once

+ Adept at building positive relationships with customers and co-workers
