Strategy Associate (CSA) organizes the day-to-day tasks for the
Managed Services Marketplaces client portfolio that consists of
many top internet brands and retailers. Associates will support
Marketplace Client Strategy Managers (CSMs) by acting as an
internal project manager and developing technical, tactical, and
client-facing skills throughout their initial 12 months. This
includes organizing tasks to be worked internally, maintaining
client meeting notes, and providing insights to how tactical
efforts are driving results toward achieving marketplace goals. A
successful Associate will have a strong desire to overdeliver, work
efficiently, and learn new skills while learning the ecommerce
business. While technical and analytical knowledge is appreciated,
no traits are more valued in an Associate than the ability to learn
quickly and have an organized approach to maintaining work.
