Sr QC Representative - Client Support

The shift is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

A Sr Quality Control (QC) Representative's primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for Client Support for QC. The person will attend client calls, follow up on action items and provide excellent customer service for our clients.

This is a permanent, full time position. It is hourly role. The shift is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Catalent Biologics in Bloomington, Indiana is a state-of-the-art, GMP manufacturing facility, providing one million sq/ft of drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. The Role:

* Attend client calls and act as the QC Representative for up to 6 clients
* Follow up on action items
* Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining clear, concise communication regarding QC activities related to client projects
* Set timelines and help drive QC deliverables

The Candidate:

* Associates or Bachelors preferred.
* 5-7 years of experience
* 1 year GMP experience required or other regulated industry
* Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements.
