As an experienced Scrum Master, you will enable the team to drive realization of features and component in a global team setup as part of transition to SAFe framework and to deliver products feature and solution for our customer service business users at Cary, NC location. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Siemens Healthineers; * Ensure the team is transformed from waterfall framework and thinking of solution implementation towards agile with commitment of continuous improvements. * Ensure the core values of the SCRUM methodology like the ceremonies and sprints are being held and adhered. * Manage cross functional scrum teams having full responsibility of deliverables for iteration and Program Increment goals. * Lead the team in planning, execution and tracking iteration deliverables ensuring adherence to release timeline, expected quality and defined scope. * Provide leadership to the team in resolving dependencies and removing impediments by effectively working with different stakeholders. * Represent the Scrum team in different forums (like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrum etc.) and effectively communicate team's progress, status and risks at various levels in a matrix organization. * Supporting Release Management in making informed decisions for Timeline, Scope, Quality and Risks by providing timely and accurate data. * Be instrumental in enabling high-performance team culture by driving continuous improvements in the areas such as throughput, flow of value, quality and effectiveness. * Coach the team in their agile journey and help them with their impediments Required skills to have for the success of this role * You have skills and expertise in navigating in a complex matrix organization to get things done. * You should have been part of an organization where change management occurred and transformed from traditional waterfall project management organization to product based agile team structure. * You hold a Bachelor's Degree in' Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration with 10+ Years of working experience ideally with a focus on Healthcare, Customer Services organizations * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) license holder * Working Experienced of SAFe scaling framework and its broader understanding * 7 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in IT software development lifecycle using Agile and/or DevOps methodologies & framework * Experience in using DevOps for ServiceNow Implementation and maintenance environment * You have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong people skills, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholders * You have ability to follow directions with minimal supervision, and judgment to know when to escalate and ask for guidance * You are able to travel for business need (-10%) At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
