belong.Job responsibilities---Serves as the primary administrator
of the company's recognition programs, i.e., 401K Plan, Employee
Stock Purchase Plan.---Prepares reports regarding the
administration of 401K or Employee Stock Purchase Plans.---Prepares
compensation or benefit survey input.---Responsible for overseeing
the job evaluation request process and administers the company job
code table within the HRIS.---Prepares presentations on behalf of
the team, including BOD compensation committee
materials.---Maintains project logs.---Responsible for updating
Total Rewards reference information on the company's
intranet.---Provides miscellaneous administrative support for the
department.#LI-CK1Qualifications:What we're looking for:---High
school diploma, or equivalent, plus 2 to 3 years' experience
providing human resources or administrative support, or a Bachelor
Degree in a Human Resource area or related degree.---Familiarity
with an HRIS system is preferred.---Requires strong verbal,
written, and interpersonal communication skills.---Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
Outlook).---Demonstrated ability to interact and build
relationships with all levels of employees.---Must have solid
ability to organize and prioritize work to meet frequent
deadlines.---Strong customer services skills and ability to
maintain confidentiality. As a healthcare company we have an
