Job Description (Posting). Experience in installation
administration developing configuring US REG reportsSeeking to
support the design build and develop enhancements of Regulatory
Reporting applicationsIndividual should have knowledge of
installation of Axiom Controller View from scratch configure
administration permissions and groups setupDeep knowledge of
regulatory reporting for US/APAC/EMEA regulators and other regions
from scratch.To have wide knowledge on Controller View objects like
Data Sources, Data model, Aggregation, Shorthand, Portfolio, Modify
models, Freeform, Tabular Reports etc.Self-dependent Axiom coding
experience with no guidance or supportProficient in Database SQL
and PLSQL skills with Oracle 12c DatabaseExperience in solution
implementation with Axiom scripting language on Unix to automate
the Axiom jobs through Control-MHands on experience in performance
tuning any report automations involvedExperience in understanding
of business requirements definition technical requirements process
documentation and its end to end implementationTo work on the
technical aspects of the project perform coding debug modify the
source code based on specifications DEV, SIT, UAT Release and
Change management processEnsure complete SDLC process compliance
and performs thorough and comprehensive peer reviews on the output
of other team members in a way that identifies to the maximum
extent possible issues errors in the outputExperience in working in
Agile projectsParticipates in Backlog grooming sprint planning and
Daily stand up meetings Ownership and be accountable for the
assigned project deliveries by proactively reaching out to various
stakeholdersEfficiently reproduce reported software problems
analyze data and work with other team members towards
solutionResolve difficult issues often with little information in
Axiom to meet the regulatory deadlinesQuick starter in a fast paced
environment and very good communication skillsCertification in
AxiomSL Controller View product is optional but highly preferred
(1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and
participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical
consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best
packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks,
breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To develop and guide
the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and
increasing productivity (3.) To prepare and submit status reports
for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of
escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical
guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best
practices and coding standards for the team.
