Job Description:
As a Network Administrator, you will join our team on a journey
to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to
medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while
working in an environment that nurtures you.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with the
ability to work independently, in a dynamic environment. The
Network Administrator will be directly responsible for
participating in the design and support of all managed network
systems infrastructure activities. This position requires the
ability to excel at multi-tasking and have the experience to ramp
up quickly in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Responsibilities
Setup, configure, and perform day-to-day maintenance and
administration of Network systems
Supporting a wide variety of network devices, primarily consisting
of Cisco equipment
Act as level 2 support for Cisco AnyConnect, Duo, Umbrella, Client,
F5, SilverPeak SD-WAN and general network access to include wired
and wireless connectivity
Perform day-to-day monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot
network-related issues. This will include break-fix, performance
related issues, and recommendations for improvement
Maintain Network best practices, including patch management and
firmware upgrades
Check monitoring systems and reporting solutions for issues and
support resolution
Coordinates the testing and implementation of network systems
Keeps abreast of current trends and practices in field of
expertise
Assists users and other IT staff with questions regarding system
and application connectivity and performance related to the network
infrastructure
Leverage the internal help-desk support systems, 3rd party vendor
support and processes to ensure that IT issues impacting employees
are quickly resolved
Updates and maintains documentation (internal and otherwise)
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network problems with network
protocol capture/decode analyzers
Participation in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications
Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Wireless, Load Balancers,
VPN, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
Excellent customer service, communication and presentation
skills
Strong ability to follow written procedures and meeting
timelines
Understanding of IT management frameworks (ITIL) a plus
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative on multiple company
projects.
Ability to work in a team and provide assistance and training for
co-workers and end users
