This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking
for the next step in their career. As a Customer Services Support
Operator, you will
* Conduct technical and/or administrative sales with customers.
* Process incoming direct parts sales orders, parts clarification
inquiries and/or requests regarding the sale or acquisition of
spare parts.
* Perform order management for external customers.
* Cooperate with clients and sales representatives to clarify
orders and issues.
* Support pre-and/or post sales product advice for spare parts
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is

* Vocational studies in a scientific, business or engineering
technology discipline
* PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and
Outlook)
* Using latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn
new software applications
* Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
* Working well in a team environment.
* Developing organization and attention to detail skills
* Using strong communication skills and adapting to change
Required skills to have for the success of this role
* 3-5 years experience in a customer support/inside sales
environment.
* Associates degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in health care/medical device industries preferred
LOCATION: Cary, NC; Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
