MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Communications Intern will support initiatives key to People & Culture Communications. - Key tasks will include: -

• Support the migration of intranet content to new platform (Unily)
• Assist with coordination of training for content managers.
• Support with the creation of guidelines
• Other tasks as assignedBACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Should be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college or have graduated within the past six months (preferred degree in Communications, Public Relations or English)
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and an ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with a high degree of independence
  • Capable of learning and utilizing new knowledge and technology quickly
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R.
