Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering a summer internship in our Downstream Process Development department. The Downstream Process Development Intern is expected to support improvements that are occurring during 2022. - The successful candidates will have completed their collegiate sophomore year or higher. - We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals. - This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization.

A Downstream Process Development Intern is expected to support facilities improvements that are occurring during 2023. - These may include improving chromatography resolution, resin screening, and/or unique tangential flow filtration operation. The intern will conduct experiments within a project from design, scope, execution, and summary report. - On-site presence to conduct laboratory experiments will be required in this position to complete the expected tasks. -Minimum Requirements:

• Must have completed sophomore year or higher of college
• Must be majoring in Life Science or Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering disciplines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerpointFDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 - 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 - 774, as may be amended.
