manufacturing site for biopharmaceuticals in the United States to
accelerate the growth of our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development
Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest
end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America. - The new
site will offer end-to-end solutions -to our customers looking to
manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug
substance manufacture, it will also -provide -automated fill-finish
and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new
state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North
Carolina, United States.We are currently looking for a Head of
Talent Acquisition to provide strategic support to FDBN leaders and
hiring managers in the development and implementation of key hiring
and recruiting strategies. Reporting to the Head of People and
Culture, the Head of Talent Acquisition's primary responsibility is
to lead our team of in-house recruiters to successfully execute on
our Strategic Staffing Plan in tight collaboration with our site
leadership. - -This position develops integrated solutions and
formulates partnerships across the organization in order to deliver
value-added services to FDBN. The ideal candidate has a
demonstrated track record of successfully designing and executing
end to end recruitment strategies in a fast-paced & ideally
life-science related area. Ideally, the candidate has previous
experience driving the successful ramp up of a site, in a daily
partnership with leadership, in-house recruiters and external
agencies, where needed. This is an on-site position in Holly
Springs.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to successfully ramp
up our site.
- Drive and support the Recruitment Team, in close collaboration
with site leadership, in a proactive approach to ensure our
recruitment goals are met according to our ambitious Strategic
Workforce Plan.
- Continually evaluate Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies
recruitment processes to ensure the best candidates excel in our
People First culture. Create and implement consistent methods for
interviewing candidates (i.e. behavioral based interviewing guides,
post-interview evaluations, case studies, etc.).
- Design and appropriately drive budget in relation to
recruitment strategy.
- Ensure agency collaboration, career fairs and other recruitment
initiatives marry to the overall successful delivery of recruitment
strategy.
- Provide day to day leadership of in-house Recruitment
team.
- Manage agencies and provide oversight by identifying
appropriate and diverse suppliers. - Manage performance of agencies
through identification and review of agency metrics.
- Design and provide routine Talent Acquisition reports for Site
Leadership and Steering Committee recommending strategic
improvements, as appropriate.
- Provide feedback and input on salary and bonus reviews and
programs.
- Build trust-based, collaborative, sustainable relationships
with executives, managers and employees.
- Accountable for providing input to Head of People and Culture
and managing budget within assigned area to ensure accomplishment
of departmental and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Global Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies and
other Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies sites in aligning global
strategies and recruitment programs/policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management. Preferred
Requirements
- Previous experience with high volume recruitments or "mass
hiring" events
- Experience working within the Life Science Community
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in a metrics
driven environment
- Experience managing and training recruiting teams
- Previous experience with iCIMS
- Previous experience in a matrixed environment
- Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and
consistent delivery of high quality of work
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding
sensitive information with high professionalism and ethical
standards
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and
organizational skills
- Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate
creativity in solving them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to
exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet
the demands of multiple internal customers
- Courage to ask question for guidance and clarificationBasic
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years Recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years of
corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-pace
environment
- Experience managing agency collaborations and spend
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, defining, and develop
talent pools
- Proven expertise in designing successful recruitment
strategies
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable
workforce plansFDBN works with technical data, technology and
materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations.
This position will require access to technical data, technology and
source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and
regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic
in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 - 130 and Export
