Overview
We are growing our locations and are investing more than $2 billion
into establishing a new -large-scale manufacturing site for
biopharmaceuticals in the United States to accelerate the growth of
our Bio CDMO (Contract and Development Manufacturing Organization)
business. This will be the largest end-to-end cell culture CDMO
provider in North America.The new site will offer end-to-end
solutions -to our customers looking to manufacture
biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug substance
manufacture, it will also -provide -automated fill-finish and
assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new
state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North
Carolina, United States.We currently seeking a Human Resources
Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources team. - The HR
Business Partner will play a vital role in ensuring employee
satisfaction, engagement and retention through the development and
implementation of policies and practices. - Strong leadership
skills coupled with empathy and appropriate firmness is required
for success. - The ability to deliver transparent crucial
conversations to all levels of the organization and effectively
coach and develop team members is critical. - We are searching for

Senior HR Business Partner will help drive HR programs that focus
on our most important asset - our people. - In this highly visible
role, you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing,

supporting our newest site in Holly Springs as well as enter into
global partnerships and collaborations with our sister sites across
the globe. The successful candidate will be a motivated

Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance to employees at all levels within
the organization.
- Coach and consult with leaders for matters of significance to
the organization.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through
coaching, conflict resolution and problem solving
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations that
balance the employee needs and business needs while also ensuring
confidentiality
- Ensure thorough understanding of the business and ensure that
corporate strategy is married to HR practice before implementing
new policies or practices
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day
management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring
regulatory compliance
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures for
implementation to support the growth of the organization while
maintaining legal compliance and supporting business needs
- Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work
relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement
and retention
- Oversee and/or conduct new employee orientation, and other
trainings, in HR related areas
- Provide routine and complex HR policy guidance and
interpretation
- Preparing and receiving required paperwork and documentation
for employee changes (transfers, promotions, etc.)
- Review changes and backup for entering employee changes in
HRIS
- Assist with People and Culture initiatives, events and
activities
- Track and prepare HR metrics for the organization to ensure
compliance and the ability to interpret data for appropriate action
(i.e. attrition data, exit interview data, demographics of
organization, adverse impact analysis, EEO data, etc.)
- Assist with Global Mobility process
- Other duties, as assignedJob Requirements
- 4-year degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications,
or other related area. - (Previous experience will be considered in
lieu of a degree. - High School Diploma or GED is required
regardless of amount of experience.)
- 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience,
required
- At least 2 years of basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
products, required
- Ability to work in an environment where all processes and
policies are not yet defined, and support into the work of defining
them as we progress
- Self-starter with great interpersonal skills to collaborate
with all levels
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding
sensitive information with high professionalism and ethical
standards
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and
organizational skills
- Ability to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate
creativity in solving them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to
exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet
the demands of multiple internal customers

Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in a cGMP environment, strongly
preferred
- Previous experience with iCIMS and ADP, or comparable Payroll
platform, preferred
- Previous coaching experience, strongly preferred
- Previous experience with project management and roll-out of new
processes and practices, preferred
- Previous experience in a global environment, preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification, strongly preferred
- 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experienceThe physical
