Description Total Rewards Coordinator

Job responsibilities:
* Serves as the primary administrator of the company's recognition
programs, i.e., 401K Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
* Prepares reports regarding compensation and administration of
401K Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
* Prepares compensation or benefit survey input.
* Responsible for overseeing the job evaluation request process and
administers the company job code table within the HRIS.
* Prepares presentations on behalf of the team, including BOD
compensation committee materials.
* Maintains project logs.
* Responsible for updating Total Rewards reference information on
the company's intranet.
* Provides miscellaneous administrative support for the
department.

Qualifications What we're looking for:
* High school diploma, or equivalent, plus 2 to 3 years' experience
providing human resources or administrative support, or a Bachelor
Degree in a Human Resource area or related degree.
* Familiarity with an HRIS system is preferred.
* Requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with all
levels of employees.
* Must have solid ability to organize and prioritize work to meet
frequent deadlines.
* Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain
confidentiality.
