Job Description:
Adecco is assisting a local client in the Durham RTP with a
Bilingual French- Canadian opportunity. This company is a leading
global provider of photo products and services to retailers,
consumers, and entertainment properties. They inspire consumers to

you will find a full job description.Training for 2 weeks 8am- 5:00
pm Week 3 will be Nesting Week 4 Go live on phones Must be
available to work between 8am -8pm - flexible shift including
weekends and holidays, must be flexible shifts could be 8am-5pm,
9am-6pm 10am-7pm, 11am - 8pm (this call center is open 365 days a
year) Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hardware, software, and
networking support to retail employees via phone Provide order
fulfillment and mobile app support via email Thoroughly and
efficiently document customer interactions while on the phone Use
customer service skills to assist retail employees and consumers to
provide an outstanding customer experience Ability to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays Dependability and punctuality are
a must TRC/Call Center Support primarily for French speaking
customers Requirements & Experience Previous experience with
customer service, technical support or both Experience with
diagnostic procedures High School Diploma or G.E.D. Skills &
Competencies:Fluent in French and English; spoken and written
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Empathy in dealing with challenging customer
situations Prior contact center experience preferred but not
required Familiarity with photography and digital imaging a plus
