Lenovo's CSP segment is one of the fastest-growing in our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), with consistent quarter-over-quarter growth. We are committed to innovation, moving forward, and seeking better solutions every day.What You'll Do

• Design and develop AI rack and cluster architectures, including GPU-based compute, networking, and storage systems, to create comprehensive datacenter AI infrastructure solutions.
• Create methodologies, processes, software frameworks, and tools for AI cluster deployment, performance evaluation, and optimization.
• Develop hardware and software features that enhance AI cluster performance, manageability, and serviceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to business projects and customer engagements.Basic Qualifications
  • BSc/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing datacenter hardware and software systems, with expertise in at least one of the following: server, network, storage, performance benchmarking.Preferred Qualifications
    • PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
    • Strong programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go, shell scripting).
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Quick learner of new technologies and concepts.
    • Innovative mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
    • Experience with AI infrastructure solutions in production environments.
    • Experience with AI hardware and software stacks (e.g., CPU, GPU, network switches, ML platforms, libraries, runtimes).
