Professional CDL-A Delivery Driver


Twice the Opportunities

We have two distribution centers in Rocky Mount -

each with great, but different delivery opportunities.





Meadowbrook Road Distribution Center:

$68,000-70,000 average annual earnings - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Team Routes: half of the routes are two drivers or a driver and helper

Deliveries: half of the routes are two drivers or a driver and helper

Trucks: 80% of tractors automatic transmissions and are less than 1 year old

Technology: handheld scanners, paperless deliveries, and electronic logs

Home Time: half of the routes are home nightly



Church Street Distribution Center:

$65K-$70K average annual earnings - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (expires 7/3)

Solo Routes: no driver teams or helpers

Deliveries: roll-in and tailgate deliveries (handing out of the truck); no liftgates

Trucks: 20% of the fleet has automatic transmissions

Technology: Driver Pro, SelectPro, and DriveCam

Home Time: every other night (maximum 2 day routes)

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)

1 year or 50,000 miles of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience

McLane requires pre-employment testing, including a drug test and a background check
