RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Network Management Operations Help Desk Technician in Cary, NC. Summary:The candidate will be responsible for providing high level support to our managed customers. This will require the engineer to work directly with the customer in resolving break/fix or change management situation. This resource will also work directly with other internal teams on the support efforts of our managed customers.REQUIREMENTS:* 5+ years of experience in a network troubleshooting position; CCNA minimum* Experience with Routers and switches in WAN/LAN environment* High level of experience in troubleshooting routing issues. * Strong written and oral communication skills* Ability to work in remote situation* High speed Internet at remote locationKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
