DescriptionBecome part of an inclusive organization with over 30,000 diverse employees, whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the unique communities we serve.Job Summary:-The System Learning & Organization Development Consultant assists in the design, development and implementation of programs and educational offerings designed to increase co-worker engagement, organizational skills and competencies. This role develops strong partnerships with departments by providing consultation, coaching and guidance to positively influence co-worker engagement, individual and organizational performance and results to assist in the achievement of overall objectives.-Description of Job Responsibilities:-

  • Learning and Development: Assists in the design of educational offerings based on staff needs, management feedback and direct observation. Ensures objectives and identified outcomes are consistently met and are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.-
  • Process Improvement: Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.-
  • Project Management: Participates in program and project assignments, working independently or collaboratively as appropriate to accomplish the assignment. Identifies issues and assists in developing strategies to address them prior to issue becoming critical. Completes all assignments on time within the boundaries of the agreed upon delivery date. Manages multiple projects and deadlines.-
  • Consultation, Collaboration and Support: Works closely with Subject Matter Experts in many areas to develop a variety of education programs/modules based on staff needs. Provides consultation and support for employee engagement survey planning, analysis and action-planning Works with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional groups and co-workers at all levels of the organization. Supports activities to improve organizational effectiveness and performance results by assisting with planning and implementation of organizational development projects. Works collaboratively and in conjunction with other staff members to ensure coordination of programs and services to meet staff development needs. Works closely with Human Resources to provide assistance to departments during organizational change initiatives to increase efficiency and service.-
  • Professional Development: Maintains knowledge of best practices in Organizational and Training development.-
  • Program Management: Design, develop, deliver and manage various Culture and Engagement programs, including management of an employee based engagement network, hiring and selection program, culture/engagement education. Manage and facilitate Inclusive Leadership program and various diversity, equity and inclusion partnership activities to increase co-worker engagement-
  • Communications Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement strategy for communications of LOD Culture and Engagement programs. Design and write newsletter articles, presentations and collateral related to Culture and Engagement programs and efforts.-Other InformationOther information:
    Education Requirements:
    ? Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
    Licensure/Certification Requirements:
    ? PMP Certification preferred-
    Professional Experience Requirements:
    ? If a Bachelor's degree: No prior experience required.
    ? If an Associate's degree: Four (4) years of relevant experience.
    ? If a High School diploma or GED: Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
    Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
    ? Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to design and/or facilitate training programs. Demonstrated ability to select the appropriate training programs to meet identified needs. Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
