Teleflex's Surgical Business Unit is seeking a passionate Digital
Marketing and Operation Analyst, that will partner with their
Marketing Manager to support the Business Unit's overall marketing
goals, particularly by supporting the organization's digital
marketing strategy and execute our analytical and operational
Within the Surgical Business Unit, the Digital Marketing and
Operations Analyst is a key digital marketing change agent;
accordingly, we are looking for a candidate that possesses digital
marketing experience and is an analytical thinker able to work
collaboratively with peers and management to implement creative
solutions to operational challenges.

- Project Management: Assist in day-to-day project execution that
supports current digital campaigns and Marketing Operations
projects, typically in collaboration with sales ops, product
management, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should be comfortable preparing reports/dashboards to
- Campaign Development: Work on defined marketing communications
strategies and execute them through owned and paid media channels;
this includes use of marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and
analytics. Partner with marketing management to ensure campaigns
are scheduled and executed according to our project's goals.
Support reporting and metrics by updating campaign data
- Digital Asset Management: Assist in the support of digital
platforms with a primary focus on our new e-commerce purchasing
site. A key responsibility of this job will be to continue to
optimize our UX by partnering with sales operations to get
continual user feedback and promotional ideas and then partnering
with our IT/CX development teams to improve our customer's
experience and drive more use and ease of access through that
- Reporting and Analysis: Support the process for the timely
management of marketing leads, end-to-end lead flows and lead
handover to Sales teams. Ensure all process steps are optimized and
maintained. Liaise with all reporting systems owners across the
organization to ensure closed-loop reporting is continuously
improving as integrated marketing and sales process are developed.
Work with SFDC, SAP Marketing Cloud, MS Excel, and Tableau. Create
reports to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution,
and overall business performance.
Education / Experience Requirements
- 2-5 Years of sales/marketing operations experience
- 2+ years of digital marketing and lead management
- Business or Technical Undergraduate Degree required; Master's
degree is a plus
- Familiarity with the biomedical devices, healthcare industry,
or regulated industry is a plus
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Experience with one or more of data visualization tools like
Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with a range of marketing tech tools such as Google
Analytics and others
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel.
- Understanding of the lead-to-revenue demand funnel, with
experience in retention (B2B experience preferred)
- Work with marketing management to design report data and
provide valuable insights to the business.
- Experienced in presenting findings to leadership.
