Currently, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Compliance Analyst for our offices located in the RTP are of North Carolina. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory, catalog, review, and analyze MPG's obligations found in standards, guides, past audit findings, and contracts
• Coordinate with EHS Manager to research safety and environmental regulatory requirements
• Create a matrix and analyze each requirement for overlap
• Identify and harmonize the most stringent provision for each requirement
• Work with internal subject matter experts to understand requirements
• Work in a cross-departmental workgroup for this multidisciplinary project
• Help reduce duplication, break silos, identify gaps, and mitigate compliance risk
• Assess the need to comply with one overarching standard (SMEDA, for example) through a gap analysis that captures most of the requirements of our compliance audits
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires 5 - 10 years in compliance, primarily in quality management, workplace safety, product safety, US and EU environmental regulations/standards
  • Audit experience, preferably conducting 3rd party and internal audits
  • Ability to identify the "big picture" issues and risks, and assess impacts
  • High level of comfort in a manufacturing environment and experience working directly with production teams
  • Familiarity with ISO standards 9001 in conjunction with one or more of the following: 14001, 45001, 10377, and 12647-2
  • Familiarity with supply chain standards such as responsible Business Alliance, Supplier Workforce Accountability, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ITCI ethical toy program.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other information tools
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Highly preferred: ISO 9001 auditor and/or implementer certification
    • Six Sigma or Lean certification
    • Using and creating builds using Unified Compliance Framework/Common Controls Hub
    • Experience as a third-party auditor with an accredited certification body
