Manufacturing Organization) business. This will be the largest
end-to-end cell culture CDMO provider in North America. The new
site will offer end-to-end solutions to our customers looking to
manufacture biopharmaceuticals in the US. In addition to drug
substance manufacture, it will also provide automated fill-finish
and assembly, packaging, and labeling services. The new
state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North
Carolina, United States. External US We are looking for bright,
enthusiastic students and recent graduates to join our summer
internship program in Holly Springs. This is a truly unique
opportunity to see what goes into creating and shaping the future
of our site. Interns will work on-site in Holly Springs for up to
40 hours per week and will have the opportunity to interact with
and learn from some of the most talented, experienced leaders in
the industry.This Maintenance Systems intern will report to the
Maintenance Systems Supervisor and will assist and support the
development of our maintenance systems program. Specific experience
will be gained in implementation of maintenance computer
applications, technical writing, spare parts management, and
preventative maintenance strategies. Responsibilities:
- Work closely to support the department in development and
implementation of processes
- Conduct research, ask questions, gather, and analyze data
- Prepare and/or review documents, reports and/or
presentations
- Work closely with supervisor to determine internship project
and achieve project goals
- Final presentation of assigned project at the conclusion of the
internship
- Search for opportunities for continuous improvement
- Interact with department, cross-functional groups, and senior
leadership
- Attend social and professional networking events
- Coordinate and performe data entry into the computerized
maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Support preventive maintenance plan development and spare parts
management
- Greenfield CMMS application deployment
- Assist with maintenance management strategy development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project data delivery
and integrity for maintenance useRequirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work on-site in Holly Springs up to 40 hours per
week
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management
skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills and an
ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with little
supervision when needed.
- Ability to work effectively under extreme pressure to meet
deadlines.
- Well organized and detail oriented with ability to handle
multiple activities simultaneously.
- Desire to work in a fast paced, state of the art, alternately
research and customized manufacturing facility.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint).
