About the role

Performs scheduled and unscheduled installation and troubleshooting/services on monitoring equipment.

This role requires up to 75% travel including local/ regional travel.

What you'll do!

  • Installs monitoring equipment onsite at a clientele facility.
  • Installs server equipment and verifies it is connected to the clientele server.
  • Performs installations in accordance to provided guidelines while adhering to a high level of quality.
  • Performs troubleshooting during scheduled maintenance.
  • Operates monitoring software proficiently.
  • Performs packing, shipping and inventory records management of monitoring hardware.
  • Records and reports abnormal functions of equipment.
  • Performs work in accordance with approved equipment, calibration, maintenance and safety procedures.

    What you'll need

    • Individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This includes, but is not limited to stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heave loads of 50 lbs. or more.

      EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
      • Experience working in a public environment is preferred.
      • Ability to travel to various locations daily and interact with a broad range of clientele.
      • Overnight travel will be required.
      • A valid driver's license is required.
      • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
      • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
      • Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems.
      • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
      • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
      • Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
