Job Description:

This Superintendent role is with a growing General Contractor in Raleigh, NC. Our client is a General Contractor based out of the Triangle market specializing in upfits, renovations, and ground-up construction of commercial, higher education, healthcare, and lab projects. These projects range from $10K on the smaller side, to $10M on the large side. They have an excellent benefits package, incredible company culture, and a strong pipeline of local projects. Supervise the daily construction activities and quality control of all subcontractors.
Supervise the coordination of field efforts between trades to achieve a timely and profitable completion in strict accordance with contract documents and specifications, law and safety requirements.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
Attend weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
Assist with quality control oversight.
Assist with field office document control.
Verify all materials, equipment, and installation are in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.
3+ years of construction experience with a general contractor is required
- Experience working on upfits/renovations and/or ground-up commercial, higher education, and/or lab construction projects
- Basic knowledge of project management Software
- Strong pipeline of local projects
