Roofing / Warranty Technician Compensation: To be discussed / based on experience Employment type: full-time 40+ hours (No Sundays) Experience: Willing to train Job Location: Holly Springs Benefits: Paid Holidays, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Allowance, Gym Membership, 401k, Paid Vacation and Medical (sick) days. Duties: --- Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures --- Set up ladders to provide safe access to roofs --- Use construction knowledge to repair roofs and leaks --- Determine quantity and type of materials for installation/repairs required to complete jobs. --- Responds to inquiries and resolves roofing issues --- Other duties as directed by supervisor Requirements: --- Must be able to speak and understand English --- Must have the ability to do heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.) --- Must be able to climb a ladder, walk roofs and have good balance --- Must Have a Valid Driver License and a clean driver's record and an acceptable MVR based on our Company insurance carrier standard in order to drive for the company. --- Must be willing to work in all climates Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
