The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for
assisting individuals impacted by natural disasters who are
applying for services to rebuild their homes and lives. As a CSR,
you will provide timely and accurate information to applicants and
program members via telephone, while simultaneous inputting data.
Primary Location: Remote, East Coast and Central Time Zones
Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent *
Excellent customer service skills and prior experience * Polished
phone etiquette and grammar and strong computer data entry skills *
Punctual, with demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance
history * Strong attention to detail, time management, and
decision-making skills * Must be comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-volume call center * Ability to demonstrate both
empathy and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: *
Professional Proficiency in Spanish and English languages *
Previous experience in a Disaster Recovery call center * Previous
experience as an intake specialist * We are looking for someone who
