Job Description:
*Job Description: *The ePlus Inside Sales Rep (ISR) serves as a
key member of a sales team that is tasked with acquiring, managing,
and growing ePlus customer relationships and maximizing margin
dollars. As an ePlus ISR, you must work proactively to provide
hardware, software, and services solutions to ePlus customers with
a focus on maximizing both profit and customer experience. You will
foster and cultivate client relationships in order to maximize
customer satisfaction and account longevity.*Job Responsibilities:
** Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service
sales, using all available resources to satisfy customer
requirements, while maintaining the most advantageous profit
margin* Assist with project opportunities as well as support Run
Rate Business including quoting, ordering, open order management,
and post-order support* Coordinate with engineering for BOM design
and validation* Assist with deal registration and negotiation of
pricing* Uplift all sales opportunities with warranties, service
offerings, accessories and supplies* Assist with CRM entries,
including opportunities, engineering requests and contract
requests* Accurately execute and manage customer orders, ensuring
successful delivery within customer expectations* Utilize customer
portals for all customer-required activities such as management of
proposal requests, PO receipt confirmations and shipping
information management* Take a proactive approach to problem
resolution at the customer and supplier levels* Engage customers,
vendors and manufacturer partners to develop and grow
relationships* Seek opportunities to expand the ePlus footprint
within each account* Provide customer and sales reporting as
required or requested* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of
the key products and services* Be accountable to key ePlus
constituents, our vendors and partners* Stay current on the
programs, promotions and campaigns from our major vendor suppliers
in order to sell products and services at the best possible margin
to ePlus* Conduct yourself at all times in a professional and
considerate manner, with appropriate decorum, in all oral and
written communications with customers both internal and external,
be a credit to ePlus and reflect positively on your sales team*Your

Computer Application skills*Education and Experience: ** 4-year
degree is preferred* 1+ years in the IT industry is preferred* 1+
years of sales or customer service experience*Physical Requirements
of Position: *Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to
make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or
pinching fingers together. Movements frequently and regularly
required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Speech ability
must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important
instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly. Hearing
ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations
and receive ordinary information. Visual ability must be average
with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect
documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength for
sedentary work with sitting most of the time. May have to exert or
lift up to 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally.ePlus is an equal
