Membership Sales at New HOTWORX ApexAbout HOTWORXHOTWORX is a 24-Hour Fitness Studio that combines Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions of Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates, and more. Our workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time!Who we're looking for to join our team:An energetic, accountable, and fun individual to join our HOTWORX Apex family! This person will be an important part of making our members feel welcomed, motivated, and part of a community.Our ideal candidate would be someone who thrives in a customer service environment and enjoys building new relationships. This is primarily a sales role, so experience in any kind of sales or quota driven environment is a plus, but not a requirement. This is a great opportunity to learn communication and persuasion skills, as well as superior customer service skills.The primary duties will include:Actively selling new memberships and retail productsProvide superior and enthusiastic customer serviceEngaging customers through various forms of social media and B2B eventsKeeping the studio clean, tidy, and safe at all timesWe're looking for someone who is driven by a commission based incentive structure, has a passion for fitness, and wants to make the work day enjoyable. So if you're that person, then we can't wait to talk with you!Typical Shift Schedules:Flexible15-30 hours per weekShifts between 4-8 HoursFlexible schedule with rotating weekendsStudio Staffed Hours:Monday through Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PMFriday: 9 AM - 6 PMSaturday: 11 AM - 4 PMCompensation:Base pay + performance-based commissions and bonusesCommission/bonus structure can amount to significantly more in total salary.
