Job Description:
We're searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales
buyer's agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You'll be
responsible for generating leads, working with prospective
homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal.

Responsibilities:
--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase
agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a
smooth home buying process
--- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by
continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding
them to the sales pipeline
--- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with
information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and
seller to achieve desired results
--- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real
estate market

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
You are excellent at building rapport quickly, listening to the
needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead
generation are your strength zone. Overcoming objections comes
naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to
service.
What You'll Do:
--- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
--- Conduct open houses monthly
--- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to
appointments
--- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
--- Participate in scheduled training
--- Participate in team activities per team standards
--- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner
Call
--- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
--- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other
listing-related services
--- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and
identify homes
--- Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Qualifications:
--- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and
current real estate trends
--- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience
preferred
--- Show a track record of real estate success
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by
car
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Collaborative team member
--- Licensed real estate professional
--- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
--- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
--- Embraces a learning-oriented, growth mindset
--- Highly organized
--- Openness to mastering scripts and dialogues
--- Outstanding time management capabilities
