Join our team at Mountcastle Insurance as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and play a key role in supporting our producers and serving our valued clients with professionalism, care, and expertise. What You’ll Do Serve as the go-to contact for your assigned commercial clients—handling policy updates, renewals, quoting, payments, and documentation. Answer client questions, support claims, and resolve service issues with speed and accuracy. Partner with producers to onboard new clients: assess needs, gather data, present quotes, and secure coverage. Schedule and support account reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their evolving needs. Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, process changes, and correct discrepancies. Keep thorough records of client communications and activity in our agency management system.
