Nights | Goldsboro, NC Pay: Starting at $15/hour (based on
experience) Shifts: Part-Time Nights (10p-7a) Make a Difference at
Methodist Home for Children! We’re seeking Youth Care Workers to
support and guide adolescents in our residential program in
Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll play a critical role
in helping at-risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and
create a path to a better future. What You’ll Do: Provide direct
care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group
home. Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve
positive outcomes. What We’re Looking For: 21 years of age High
School Diploma (experience with youth preferred) Valid Driver’s
License and good driving record Flexible schedule, including nights
