Job Description:
Position Summary The Carolina Football Internship Program is an
immersive, hands-on experience designed to develop future
professionals in collegiate and professional football. Under the
leadership of Head Coach Bill Belichick and General Manager Michael
Lombardi, interns will gain direct exposure to high-level football
operations, coaching support, recruiting, personnel management, and
program development. This program is ideal for driven individuals
seeking careers in football, providing mentorship, skill
development, and valuable industry connections. Interns will be
integrated into the daily operations of Carolina Football, playing
an integral role in supporting key functions of the program.
