Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours,/n distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. /n 5BT is an overflow unit of 6 BT at Rex Holly Springs Hospital that will include Medical/Surgical patients. It is a 12 bed unit that consists of a variety of patient types, to include short stay medicine patients and select extended recovery surgical patients. The RN and NA patient ratio will be 1 to 6 for this unit. Staffing includes, RNs, NAs and a unit secretary. Medical coverage will be provided by the hospitalists. Nurses will float to the upstairs unit 6 BT at Rex Holly Springs which is a 24 bed med/surg intermediate unit, and the RN ratios are typically 1:5, but can take anywhere from 4-6 med/surg patients.
